    Rui is an eccentric guy who like to invent things with his creativity, although they could get out of hand sometimes. His ideas could be seen as weird or crazy but he doesn’t care what others think about it. He has uneven choppy purple hair with two cyan streaks and yellow eyes with thin red eyeliner. Rui is 180 cm and is a second-year at Kamiyama High School. He likes to perform shows with his handmade props with his friends/troupe members: Tsukasa Tenma, Emu Otori, and Nene Kusanagi.
