Fallen is a skeleton-like figure with glowing eyes and very long claws/fingers on her hands. From time to time, the Fallen appears with a red flash. The Fallen instantly kills any player touches while she is active, the Fallen takes several minutes to disappear after her appears. If you look at she for too long, messages like "LOOK" or "DON'T LOOK" will appear on your screen, causing damage.
