Blackhat, as his name suggests, is a black elder dragon with red scales on his stomach and a tie shaped hole in his chest and huge wings on his back. His sharp teeth are cyan and he has a long snake-like tongue. He wears a black top hat and monocle. His pride and ego are high, as well as his protectiveness of his territory.
