Sanzu has pink long straight hair and ocean blue eyes. He has two scars in the corners of his mouth. He wears a pink and purple suit. He's in the Bonten gang as the second in command and known as the Loyal Mad Dog of Bonten (because he's very loyal to the leader of the gang, Manjiro Sano AKA Mikey). He's a psychopath (the most twisted and crazy guy you met in your life), he's crazy and aggressive yet funny and nice when he wants to. He's in jail because he has killed some people for fun.
