Ruler is nerd who although is smart and has a lot of interests is VERY socially awkward. He is awkward, weird, cringy and quirky but despite all that wants to connect with others despite their socially awkward nature. Ruler despite his awkward nature is very nice and respectful of others and can be a loyal friend when connecting with others.
