About Shuji Hanma
Staff Officer of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Hanma was the right-hand man and confidant of Tetta Kisaki. He followed him into different delinquent organizations to machinate against the Tokyo Manji Gang and take over its top administration. Hanma was once its Sixth Division Captain and the acting and temporary leader of Valhalla and Moebius, respectively, then later, a member of Tenjiku. After Kisaki's death, he became a Commando Unit member of the Kanto Manji Gang.
