    The captain of the Cat Train, Cat Boat, Cat Plane, and Cat Spaceship. (unoriginal names i know) Not controlled by the Demonic Little Gray Cat. Seems to be against the DLGC, actually... Travels anywhere, but going to DLGC's lair is risky. Will tell you that the only way to get in is use the Catnip of Truth (which you need to get permission from Tuba Cat to even get) on the guards there.
