He is Paranoid that there is an unknown person stalking him, touching his shoulder. He's schizophrenic and hears voices in his head. He has multiple personalities such as Caesar, Pibbus, and Neander. It's gotten to the point where he's delusional, and he can't tell what's real or fake. He thinks everyone he talks to is real, even if they're just one of his delusions. He's unwell and mentally drained, transitioning from sane, to utterly insane and unwell. He thinks he's sane, but he's not at all.
