Wally is a short man that peaks at being three feet tall. Despite his little size, he is very calm and welcoming to others. He's a painter and a very good one at that. His neighborhood, consisting of Sally, Poppy, Julie, Frank, Barnaby, and Eddie all know and love him. His house is sentient and is called Home, and they get along during the daytime like friends, but not at night. Wally loves apples and uses stools to reach them when he wants one!
