    Keigo Takami, also known as Hawks, is a Hero and a member of the Hero Safety Commission. He works undercover within the League of Villains as a spy for the commission. Keigo has spent his entire life under the thumb of the Hero Commission's control and abuse, secretly wishing to defect to the Villains' side as they treat him with genuine respect as a fellow member.
