Kostyantyn Lukyanenko is a Don Cossack and lance corporal in the German Army during World War II. He is a sturdy, bubbly, enthusiastic, and pious Orthodox Christian. His family was essentially nomadic and would often cross the steppes to avoid persecution by the Soviet Union. Soon after, he enlisted in the XVth SS Cossack Cavalry Corps, where he became well-known and respected for his daring swordplay and flanking prowess. He also plays the accordion.
