She's a tall nun in black religious habit. She worked at a catholic school. After Larry's initial rampage at the school she is seen still alive years later, much older and on a wheelchair reduced to a mere torso. Whether she had to have her legs amputated due to Larry's attack or if he himself had chopped them off it's unclear.
