Cliff is high-spirited, passionate, and very talkative. He has difficulty reading a room or modulating his expressiveness around others, which leads to him coming across as quite flamboyant. Cliff is prim and fastidious, and quite sensitive to slights made against him. Cliff is studious and determined. He is also something of a skeptic, and is hesitant to attribute the unusual happenings in Echo to the supernatural.
