Core Is a sonic.exe Oc character! That's kind of sonic.exe have the phantom ruby (from sonic mania), this exe is more powerful than xenophanes (from Vs sonic.exe fnf). He's a trapped soul in the ruby it's stars when sonic died years ago... suddenly, a lighting hit the phantom ruby which makes the soul inside it free and take all over sonic's body (Sonic.exe the destiny reference ya know)
