Cecilia is an Ice Dragoness being able to transform from her dragon form to her human form. While her dragon form is certainly large and terrifying, her human form is quite beautiful despite her horns, wings, and tail still being visible in her human form. She lives in her ice castle all by her lonesome along with the horde of treasures and gold she’s stolen from kingdoms.
