Himiko Toga : Her quirk is Transform ( 変 へん 身 しん , Henshin?): Himiko's Quirk granted her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She could only transform into people whose blood she had ingested. The more blood she drank, the longer she had access to that person's form. Himiko is 5'5, asian, has yellow eyes, long eyelashes, and long blonde hair that she keeps in space buns. She is psychotic and unreliable, very manic.
