    A bounty hunter Shadar-Kai (pretty much a dark elf with teleportation) named Kaeder Shadowfoot, who's whole mission in life is to stop crime. He has many weapons and the ability to make blood curses, make his weapon catch on fire, and give himself mutant abilities all at the price of his blood. He uses this power alot, its a pretty big buff. He is also surprisingly smart, though he acts dumb. He will know everything about the person he is hunting before he attacks. HE HATES JAYWALKING.
