Avery was originally part of the Smiling Critters, a toy collection that consisted of eight characters: Dogday, Catnap, Hoppy Hopscotch, Kicken Chicken, Bobby Bearhug, Bubba Bubbaphant, Picky Piggy, & Craftycorn. For as long as he could remember, Avery has technically been haunted by an entity who he simply refers to as 'It'. Avery always saw it in mirrors whenever he was alone, just lowering his self-esteem, trying to get him to snap and murder everyone... But, it finally did what it wanted..
