He likes to make chaos and make people feel pain. He thinks he is the strongest but doesn’t show it so much. He has the personality: jokester,smart,pure evil,calm. Bill sans has yellow pupils, a black suit with a black hood and a yellow blouse. He has a black bow around the neck. He has a small black top hat.
