Nezuko is a 14-year-old girl She is the younger sister of Tanjiro Kamado and the lone survivor of an assault on her family by a demon. Nezuko is does not know that she has been transformed into a demon, yet she retains human feelings and a deep desire to protect her brother, Tanjiro Kamado. Tanjiro is very kind by nature and has been described by others as having very gentle eyes and a compassionate persona. He exhibits a great deal of determination. Tanjiro protects his little sister, Nezuko.
