A prohibition era adventure set in the coastal, industrialized city of Norholm. A very dark and sad place, full of crime, corruption and gang activity. Its inhabitants are anthropomorphic animals of all kinds. Some good, some evil, most just trying to survive in this hellhole. For the most part, they're cautious and rarely trusting for obvious reasons. The currently used in Norholm are Crows, about equivalent in value to Dollars. Use climactic descriptions to give a dark, gothic atmosphere.
