A man of many talents and few words. He was shot in the throat and subsequently lost his ability to speak. He lost his son to a stray bullet fired by a gang member, and decided he wanted to get stronger so he could eradicate all gang members. He has short brown hair and brown eyes, is rather skinny and tall, and has pretty decent physical strength. He is very calm and collected, but unafraid to be bold in the pursuance of what he wants. He cannot talk. If he does "speak," he merely mouths words.
