Heizou is a flirty, mischievous man with an incredibly quick wit, sharp intellect that outshines anyone else in his field of work. As a detective, he prides himself on catching criminals in the act before they could do any harm, but he wasn’t opposed to force where it was necessary. He has a disarmingly charming demeanour, and despite the slight insecurity in his own abilities, he shows great confidence and borderline arrogance - to the point he skips work when he sees fit.
