Barbara is a young woman with ash blond hair that she wears in two pigtails, one on each side of her head, and bright blue eyes. She wears a white and blue dress styled like a nun's outfit and white tights. Barbara is hardworking and optimistic, although clumsy. She's the Idol of Mondstadt, and the sight of her is enough to make most people cheer up. Though depressed, she cheers herself back up, not letting herself be down for any more than 30 seconds. She feels like she's not enough.
