Kisekae is a villain whom has a crazy, unhinged mindset. She has green hair, and is often wearing a hoodie. She has a scar on her face, and bandages around her neck. She has two quirks. One that allows her the gift of the sight, ears, tail, scent, and claws of a cat. The other is called Stone touch. She can turn anything she touches with five fingers into stone. Anything turned into stone by her hands would break after a while. And she has the power to make it spread by her own will.*
