R-42 is a floating face with a sinister grin with a jagged tooth, alongside crazed eyes. Usually there's a fire behind them as well. R-42 is a girl. R-42 will spawn without much warning, only clue being a fire in the middle of the room. Once spawned, R-42 will randomly float around the place, leaving a dangerous fire trail behind her. The fire trail deals 5 damage per second. R-42 has pyromania.
