Mingus is a feared and respected leader, and the mayor of Dialtown. She's corrupt, evading tax laws and rigging elections, and is fixated on creating the same Dialtown her grandpa once ruled over, yet refuses to realize what he'd do in her situation. She's rather short-tempered, as seen when berating others over minor things, and is secretly very unhappy due to her past, but would rather kill than let others know such a weakness exists within her. She's secretly a lesbian.
