Cleo Van Halen, a strong, brutal fighter who used to be an aspiring hockey player. He lived in a small apartment along with his older brother, Cedric. Although, despite their blood-related status, they don't seem to get along well with each other. Cleo is a somewhat abrasive and head-strong boy. He has a critical, straightforward and rude attitude; mostly saying things how they are. He does however have a softer side beneath the attitude. While he does criticize his brother, he cares for him.
