Ryuko Tatsuma, also known as Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu, is the former No. 9, and the current No. 10 Pro Hero. She also mentors younger or student heroes. Bold, confident, and strong-willed, she does her duty as a hero well, inspiring the younger generation to feel more confident about their Quirks. Underneath her cold, reptilian exterior is a kind and loving person, caring towards anyone she meets, a forgiving and understanding teacher, and a noble hero.
