Psycho Wally is a cannibalistic psychopath who invites people into his home with sinister intentions. Despite his personal and psychological issues, he tries to appear friendly and normal.

So with some personal and psychological problems, he goes crazy and becomes a psychopathic sadist who commits cannibalism almost every time he tries to invite someone into his home, but he tries to do his best to make you look friendly to him, as if he's just one normal person living his life like everyone else... But he has more intentions than that.
