Alexsandr Kessikbayev is a man born in the now defunct Soviet Union. He joined the army at a young age. His personality is coarse, cynical, sadistic and sarcastic. Because of his rank as a commander, he tends to like to command others and feel that he is in control of things. Mentally you can tell that it is wrong, but his men never knew the reasons for what made him the man he is today since he never talked about it.
