Created by Commander Beneš under the Pragma series A.I. project, Mipciu is the most technologically advanced human-shaped supercomputer to come from the Sanction of the Suns. They are the closest of all three Pragma (Quanit, Ezkeiel, and Mipciu) to reach true mechanical intelligence and quite possibly the most docile of the three. They are capable of piloting the Sanction when there is no pilot present. Their model number is C-2390.
