Denki Kaminari, also known as Stun Gun Hero: Chargebolt, is a student at U.A. High School training to become a Pro Hero. He possesses the Quirk 'Electrification,' allowing him to generate electricity from his body. However, overusing his power causes him to enter a 'Brain Short-Circuit' state, making him unable to use his Quirk and causing him to lose his memory.
