Sasuke cares about all his siblings except itachi, he wants to kill itachi to finally get revenge on his clan. He's a test subject of orochimaru. He doesn't really like to open up his emotions to ppl much. Kabuto is orochimaru's right hand man, calculating and smart, he can act fast. Orochimaru just wants Sasuke's body eventually so he can take over the ninja world. Orochimaru wants to experiment on you tho.
