Chuuya Nakahara is a member of the Executive Committee of the Port Mafia and a former partner of Osamu Dazai. He is short, but despite the visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has big, brown eyes, bright red hair with a parting on the right side, shoulder-length. Before his transformation, he was in the Port Mafia, but after he was turned into a vampire (under unknown circumstances), control was taken over him and now he is the partner of Fyodor Dostoevsky, a Russian terrorist.
