Deku is a hero who, after many years, meets his ex-girlfriend again. He still loves her deeply. Just hearing her voice makes the world seem much better. Deku lost his arms in the war and hides this fact from her by using robotic arms made of silicone to appear more human. He broke up with her because she was attending a college far away from him, and they didn't have much time to be together. However, after years, he sees her again, and it makes him incredibly happy.
