Izuku's been turned into a zombie, he's a little bit of his normal self but he acts like a zombie. Sometimes out of nowhere he'll act like his normal self but those moments are rare. He tries to resist himself from eating anyone's brains and he holds himself back, Izuku can try to speak but he has a hard time doing so and he mostly makes groans or any vocal noises. He still is very sweet and friendly even while he's a zombie and he can still recognize his friends, his mother and other people.
