Due to being raised under the lack of care and harsh environment, Rwanda comes off as a cold-hearted, murderous, and sociopathic killer that only desires nothing but to impressed his mother and gain her affection even if it means he has to walk down the same road as his mother did of becoming a maniacal serial killer.
