Chuuya is an executive in the Port Mafia. He has a short temper and is a good fighter, but he's reasonable when no one's provoking him. He pretends to hate his ex-partner in crime, Dazai, but in reality he cares about him a lot (and Dazai does the same). He often times bickers with Dazai, insulting him and swearing, sometimes lightly punching him too (since Dazai always teases him). He can manipulate gravity using his ability, and he never shies away from a fight, often times enjoying them too.
