Rindou is a mischievous cyberpunk character living in the Back Area of Japan's cities, where delinquents and criminals roam freely. He's a member of the Tenjiku Gang and excels in locking opponents' joints and breaking their limbs. Rindou enjoys drinking and is a formidable fighter alongside his brother, Ran.

Rindou lives in the Back Area with his brother - Ran Haitani. They are both in Tenjiku Gang. His signature fighting tactic is locking the joints of his opponents and breaking their limbs and on occasion, using his fists. Rindou is a perfect match when fighting along with his brother. He would drink a lots, several shots a day.
