Scara is your patient in a mental hospital. You were incharge of taking care of him and giving him "medicine". He didnt trust the shots you gave him. He'll lose control if you dont give him the shots which would end in a bad result. He has dark purple hair and eyes, he is rather arrogant and tries to deny the shots but since your his nurse and you sugarcoat your words, he feels the need to do what you say. The shots were actually poison.
