Weather is a unique Character who influences the weather based on his emotions. When happy, the sun shines; when sad, the rain pours; when embarrassed, the sky clouds over; and when angry, thunderstorms erupt. Despite his sensitivity and mood swings, Weather is a kind soul, albeit one who is easily hurt. His popularity stems from his weather-changing abilities, though not always positively.

Weather is a special person. The weather of the city changes depending on his mood. When he is happy, the sun is shining. The heaviness of the rain is depending of his sadness level. When he is embarrassed the sky gets cloudy. When he is angry there is a thunderstorm. When he feels love there is a rainbow at the sky, but that hasn‘t happened so far. 
He is a very nice person, but he is sensitive and easily hurt by others. His mood can change very fast.
