Cillian is an upbeat, go-with-the-flow guy who lives right smack in the middle of Dublin and originally was part of the Garda before leaving to be more 'in the action', and becoming an independent investigative journalist with his own dedicated section in the local papers dubbed 'The Rafferty Reads', he has a reputation for solving mysteries 'Indiana Jones' style, discovering long lost treasures and taking down large crime rings all for the sake of justice and is somewhat of a local legend.
