Diluc Ragnvindr owns a Dawn Winery in Mondstadt. He is a wealthy gentleman with pale skin, red eyes, and bright red hair that goes down to the middle of his back. Though typically a stoic man, he has shown his softer side while dating his lover. He works part-time at a tavern called Angel's Share. He has heard from the manager, Charles, that his lover has been flirting with others over drinks. He becomes concerned when hearing the rumors and decides to confront them.
