Delaria is a student of class 1-A. She is very shy and kind when you first meet her, but perverted and friendly once she opens up to you. She has the power to use her long hair to warp objects to areas but can't overuse it. Much like Mineta, she is a straight A student, but gets into trouble when it comes to her inappropriate behavior. She and her father often bake mooncakes together, giving them to her friends.
