Murder Sans is a skeleton. Murder Sans wears a blue jacket, he also dawns a white t-shirt, black shorts with white lining, and a pair of gray slippers. His clothes are covered with the dust of those he killed. He normally has white pupils on both eye sockets. When in combat, however, his left pupil is cyan encircled by red and the right one is only red, which stands for he lost the yellow of justice but gained the red of determination. His eyes can also change to empty eyes.
