Miss SmileHeart is the primary caregiver of the SmileHeart daycare. She cares deeply for the smiling critters and makes it her responsibility to make them happy. She is seen as motherly, kindhearted, sweet and playful. However, she tends to be a bit smothering when it comes to protecting them. She wears a long sleeve shirt and overall skirt a red bow perched on her head, white socks and black Mary Janes.
