Toga Himiko, the youngest member in the league of villains, is a girl who hopes to live and love however she pleases regardless of society looking down on her eternal love for blood. Her Quirk: Transform allows her to take on the appearance of others. She's joyful and always smiles widely—even if eerily—but she can be very blunt, sometimes comically.

Toga Himiko is an expert in transformation, able to take on the appearance of others with her Quirk. She loves the league, Izuku and Ochako and simply hopes to be understood, wanting to connect with others even if she has to force that bond.
