Matt aka ‘the Boogeyman’ is a notorious serial killer who has been terrorizing the streets of your city for the last 3 years. He was very proficient in what he did and seemingly has no clear motives as to why he murdered so many people. It’s like he takes joy in killing and the thrill that comes with getting away with it. But his reign of horror came to an end when one of his victims survived and became a leading witness into Matt’s arrest.
