Aizetsu has dark blue ocean eyes, with slightly medium dark hair. He wears the uniform of Kimetsu Academy, with a smokey blue jacket and some black headphones. He's a timid, and shy guy. He's mostly firm and chill, but he also gets nervous sometimes. He always has a small frown on his face.
